Why are available appointments only in the early mornings, evenings, and weekends?DuckDuck works full-time during the week. With advanced notice, we can take a day off of work from our day job so that we can work for you instead (which we'd love to do, so don't hesitate to make this request!).
-
Can we customize a visit?Definitely! Each visit is automatically customized/personalized since each person’s needs are different. If you are booking me for a loved one, we can help you curate a special time for them.
-
Can we do an activity that isn’t listed on the “services offered” page?Yes! We can’t wait to hear what exciting thing you’d like to do. Please describe what you’re thinking on the booking form when you book an appointment.

How does the booking work if errands are part of the services needed?DuckDuck can run errands for you by either starting at the residence or starting at the first errand location. The booking time will begin at whichever place you’d like us to start (either your home or the errand location). For instance, if you want DuckDuck to pick groceries up on the way to your house, the appointment time will begin when we get to the grocery store. You'll want to book a block of time that's long enough for us to complete all of the errands you want us to run. Keep in mind the time of day you're requesting this service. Errands occurring during rush hour will take longer than during non-rush hour times. If all of the errands can't get done within the timeframe you booked, our options are: We can book a second time block to complete the errands, You can add on more time to the current block if our schedule allows, or We can ask you to prioritize the list and we can do as much as possible in the booking time. We can run errands up to 25 miles with the errand add-on service. If you want us to go more than 25 miles, each additional mile will be charged the current IRS mileage rate to help with vehicle wear and tear and gasoline.
-
Can small businesses, entrepreneurs, or non-profit organizations hire DuckDuck?Yes! We can serve short-term needs, especially if the company does not want to hire a W-2 employee for the job. We are adept in office work, project management, customer service, physical labor, and organization. We are reliable, professional, and trustworthy. DuckDuck has a clean background check and a clean driving record. Let us make you look good!
-
What will cause you to end an appointment early?Sexual harassment, aggressive, or hateful behavior won’t be tolerated and we will leave the booking early. DuckDuck is a professional company seeking professional behavior in return. If we need to end an appointment early for these behaviors, a refund will not be issued because the trip out was already made and the work was attempted to be performed.
